Canadian Shipping Rates

Customers ordering from Canada must select from one of two shipping methods. UPS is our standard shipping method, however customers may select Parcel Post Air at their discretion. Basically, after paying the shipper fees and our Surcharge, UPS Ground costs about twice as much as USPS Parcel Post Air. Because the Shopping Cart does not calculate Canadian shipping costs, your order will be calculated at the standard shipping rate. You will then receive an e-mail with the actual cost of your order which you will need to reply to so that we know you have received an accurate price quote. Your order will be shipped via UPS unless you specify otherwise in the notes section of your order form (just below the field where you enter your shipping address.)

USPS Parcel Post Air

Postal Service shipments to Canada are less expensive because the customer does not have to pay the UPS brokerage fee -- but they are not guaranteed. We cannot predict custom turnaround and shipping times range anywhere from one to four weeks. Customers pay our Canadian Shipping Surcharge plus the customer should expect to pay Duty and GST as estimated below under USPS Fees.

The Funsteps Surcharge covers our additional shipping charge and should be added to the published standard prices for kits. Surcharges are per month and must be multiplied accordingly for subscriptions.

Credit Terms	Credit Cards: Orders may be placed using a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Mail Orders: If you wish to order by mail, go to our Order Form menu to print out order forms for various types of orders. You may also process an order on-line, but rather than pressing the "Finalize My Order" button you may print the order to your printer. You may then mail the order to us along with a check.
Shipping Methods	Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. If you need your order shipped via US mail, please call us at 1-800-882-7332.
Curriculum Orders	Curriculum kits which are ordered for a single month are shipped as soon as the inventory is available. Orders for the next calendar month are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders for future calendar months (i.e.- an order in March for a May kit) are shipped as soon as product is available -- generally the tenth of the month prior (e.g. a May kit would be shipped in April). Single Month orders are generally charged to your credit card on the day they are shipped. Subscription Orders are shipped one month at a time. Subscriptions are charged in full at the time of the order. Subscriptions and Standing Orders are processed and shipped between the tenth and the twentieth of each month. Standing Orders are orders which are processed each month at the Single Month price, but which are processed automatically. Standing Orders allow you to avoid forgetting to place your order each month. To place a Standing Order, submit an order for a single month and indicate in the Notes section of the order window that you would like the order to continue as a Standing Order. You may specify and ending month or you may allow the order to continue indefinitely.
Guarantee	All orders may be cancelled or returned at any time. To arrange for a return, please contact our office to arrange for a UPS pick-up. Returned items must be in good saleable condition. Your satisfaction is always our first priority!
